봉수 잘 도착했어요. 낯가림 없이 바로 아빠를 졸졸 따랐대요 *^o^* Boomer는 봉수의 영어이름이에요.

봉수아빠는 입양 신청 당시 나이는 관계없으니 집이 가장 필요한 아이를 입양하고 싶어요, 라고 말씀하셨다고 해요. 봉수 남은 생애 동안 많이 많이 사랑받을 수 있을 거예요.

Thank you for the support you have provided.

Boomer was such a kind and generous dog and he did not deserve this. 

He started to act lethargic in the later morning today when we went outside for our second walk of the day and he started to breath more heavily. He was looking unstable with some of his steps. I rushed him to the vet and the vet said that the ultrasound showed that his heart was surrounded by a significant amount of fluid, preventing his heart from expanding properly. She says that in her opinion it was almost certainly the result of a cancerous tumour bursting in the area and that there is no realistic path forward - if they tried to drain it, there is a risk of that process stopping his heart, and it will be only a matter of hours or a couple days at best before the same level of fluid returns. There was so much fluid that she couldn’t hear his heartbeat properly through it.

I was able to see him for a bit before he passed. He was in a bit of distress but I was able to say a good goodbye to him and he knows that he was loved by many. I’m sorry to pass this news onto you.
