Lucy has made incredible progress! She had a good check-up and was deemed a healthy weight. She is getting along well with our senior cat and was apprehensive at first with other dogs, but has made furrever friends. She is a moderate energy dog and loves to sleep a lot. We've got her on hip and joint chews, along with a fish diet to keep an eye on potential hip problems we were warned about (along with insurance!). She's got lots of toys, but is definitely a chewer so we've gone through many~! She is getting used to our regime, and even from week to week, she's been showing us more love and affection as she recognizes us as part of her pack.
쑥쑥이는 그동안 놀랍게 발전했어요! 건강검진도 잘 받았어요. 딱 적당한 몸무게를 유지 중이에요. 저희 집에 있는 노묘와 사이좋게 지내고 있어요. 처음에는 다른 개들을 보면 좀 불안해했었지만, 그동안 많은 친구를 사귀었어요. 쑥쑥이는 에너지 레벨이 보통이에요. 그래서 잠을 꽤 많이 자요. 입양 전에 알려주신 고관절에 대해 늘 신경 쓰고 있어요. 그래서 주식은 생선 종류로 먹이고 있고 씹어먹는 고관절 영양제도 먹이고 있어요. (보험도 들어놓았구요!) 장난감도 엄청 많이 사주었는데, 물어뜯는 걸 특히 좋아해요~! 쑥쑥이는 저희 생활 패턴에 익숙해지고 있구요. 한 주 한 주 지날수록 우리가 한 가족이라는 걸 깨달으면서 쑥쑥이는 점점 더 많은 사랑과 애정을 보여주고 있어요.
